Libreria di Brera
One parchment could simply be rolled up but books have to be stored vertically,
which may be why the Brera bookshop interior is totally vertical. Roberto
Menghi´s furnishings exploit the highrise space cleary and functionally.
Books can be hunted out (and read) whith tempting ease: you simply hide
yourself away in a secret corner where a discret table and chair invite
you to browse and small lecterns pull out from the light wood shelves.
