Moda in Casa
The building, designed like a glass parallelepiped with an exposed structure and three fully open-space
exhibition levels, holds furniture and furnishing accessories incorporated in a seamless sequence of apparently
random pathways and other features. Most notable of all is the way the building relates to the cityscape: the
transparency and visual depth of the interior space are maintained and enhanced at nighttime by the lighting. Palio-type
appliances with AR 111 lamps placed on the intrados of the beams take care of the general lighting of the space and
spotlighting for the furniture.
