Eni Headquarters

buildings

The lighting becomes a sign of recognition of the different areas of the headquarters and the functions that take place there. The latest generation fixtures, exclusively LED, often integrated within the architecture create a coherent rhythm with respect to the composition of the spaces, coordinating with the system requirements

The new Eni headquarters is located in the former industrial complex in San Donato Milanese. Work by the American studio Morphosis, it presents three buildings strongly characterized by the surfaces of the facades, communicating with each other with bridges, articulated around the square, the symbolic heart of the project.
The lighting project for the entire area allows the various areas and the functions that take place there to be recognisable, highlights the access points and underlines the routes: light as a design and scenographic language at the service of the various visual tasks. The research, aimed at creating an environment characterized by contrasts and heterogeneous, has led to the identification of very recently designed luminaires, exclusively with LED sources; high efficiency lighting fixtures with reduced dimensional impact with a particular controlled beam emission, thanks to a particular optical system.
The study and attention to positioning and installation methods have allowed the creation of solutions integrated with the architectural elements, consistent with the compositional rhythm of the spaces and coordinated with the system needs.
