Hotel & Wellness Olangerhof

buildings

The Hotel Olangerhof was born from the architectural transformation of an existing building. The lighting enhances the nocturnal perception of the architectural volume of the facades and the three-dimensional appearance of the elevations. The building seems to float in the midst of lush nature, where the luminous reflections on the snow accentuate the pleasantness of the structure

The Hotel Olangerhof is the subject of an overall architectural transformation of an existing building. The lighting design enhances the nocturnal perception of the architectural volume of the facades. The concept design of the Hotel follows the architectural details of the elevations, sculpts the volumes, captures interest and conveys emotions. At night, the three-dimensional appearance of the elevations is rendered through a LED fixture, installed at the base of each modular element, which creates a line of light on the internal parts of the uprights. The distribution of the luminous flux favors the illumination of the surfaces that frame the windows. The projectors highlight the vertical elements of the facades. The traditional and easily recognizable urban pole lighting system serves the areas close to the building entrance and the terrace. Generating reflections in the snow and creating a floating building in nature.
